Complete roof replacement for Lorain County Metroparks at their healthplex facility. Work included removal of deteroriated membrane roof, installation of new roof including refinishing of existing structural steel. New lighting, interior and exterior coatings, EIFS, and new Dectron air handling units and Ductsox ductwork.
