Robinson Community Learning Center
2007DESCRIPTION: Town Center Construction was awarded the general trades contract for the construction of the new Robinson Community Learning center in Akron. The new school building was constructed within twenty feet of the existing school and was completed prior to the demolition of the old school building. The site sloped 25’ from one side to the other so the building included two separate levels and a two story library with a full wall of sloped curtainwall. Our scope of work included structural steel, storefront, roofing and interiors including painting, flooring and casework. It also included miscellaneous specialties such as marker boards and lockers.
