Twinsburg Town Center

Town Center Construction, as Construction Manager, and Whitlatch & Co., as Developer, has increasingly become involved with the development of Downtown Twinsburg, and in one way or another have been involved in bringing close to $40MM of new commercial development into the Downtown area. The Companies are currently completing leasing the final phase of Twinsburg Town Center Marketplace, a 165,000 square foot shopping center located just off historic Twinsburg Square in the heart of Twinsburg and extending along Darrow Road to the I-480 interchange. With its' three story office building, clock tower, landscaped plazas, and an architectural style which is both contemporary and reflective of the City's Western Reserve heritage, it has become part of the fabric of Downtown Twinsburg and home to some 40+ retail and service establishments.
