Due to Town Center Construction's past performance on prior school projects, we were brought on as the designated Construction Manager for this project. The project consisted of three phases for a total value exceeding $3MM. Phase One consisted of a $650,000 renovation, Phase Two consisted of a $750,000 site improvement project and Phase Three consisted of a $1.6MM addition. The project was completed in August, 2005.
