Glenwillow Village Center

The Village of Glenwillow has selected Whitlatch & Co. to be the developer to turn the area at the intersection of Pettibone Road and Austin Powder Drive into a unique, attractive and vibrant Village Center. Town Center Construction will work for Whitlatch & Co. on the rehabilitation and renovation of the commercial properties, including shops, restaurants and offices and studios. The entire project will take three to four years to complete and have a total value between $16,000,000 and $18,000,000.
