Creekside Square

In addition, the Companies developed and began building Creekside Square, a 30-acre commercial development located directly across from Town Center and in the northeast quadrant of the SR 91/I-480 interchange. This area will, when completed in 2008, contain another 170,000 square-foot retail center as well as eight outlots. The Twinsburg Post Office and over 50,000 square feet of retail space plus a Metro Park-n-Ride Facility are already located in the Center, and another 25,000 square foot section is planned for early next year. While its' development was subject to considerable controversy, it is today widely recognized as a prime example of the use of the "best management practices" in undertaking major modification to environmentally sensitive areas.
