Hudson Montessori School

YEAR: 2005
DESCRIPTION: Due to Town Center Construction's past performance on prior school projects, we were brought on as the designated Construction Manager for this project. The project consisted of three phases for a total value exceeding $3MM. Phase One consisted of a $650,000 renovation, Phase Two consisted of a $750,000 site improvement project and Phase Three consisted of a $1.6MM addition. The project was completed in August, 2005.

Twinsburg Town Center

Twinsburg Town Center

DESCRIPTION: Town Center Construction, as Construction Manager, and Whitlatch & Co., as Developer, has increasingly become involved with the development of Downtown Twinsburg, and in one way or another have been involved in bringing close to $40MM of new commercial development into the Downtown area. The Companies are currently completing leasing the final phase of Twinsburg Town Center Marketplace, a 165,000 square foot shopping center located just off historic Twinsburg Square in the heart of Twinsburg and extending along Darrow Road to the I-480 interchange. With its' three story office building, clock tower, landscaped plazas, and an architectural style which is both contemporary and reflective of the City's Western Reserve heritage, it has become part of the fabric of Downtown Twinsburg and home to some 40+ retail and service establishments.

Creekside Square

Creekside Square

YEAR: 2008
DESCRIPTION: In addition, the Companies developed and began building Creekside Square, a 30-acre commercial development located directly across from Town Center and in the northeast quadrant of the SR 91/I-480 interchange. This area will, when completed in 2008, contain another 170,000 square-foot retail center as well as eight outlots. The Twinsburg Post Office and over 50,000 square feet of retail space plus a Metro Park-n-Ride Facility are already located in the Center, and another 25,000 square foot section is planned for early next year. While its' development was subject to considerable controversy, it is today widely recognized as a prime example of the use of the "best management practices" in undertaking major modification to environmentally sensitive areas.

Glenwillow Village Center

DESCRIPTION: The Village of Glenwillow has selected Whitlatch & Co. to be the developer to turn the area at the intersection of Pettibone Road and Austin Powder Drive into a unique, attractive and vibrant Village Center. Town Center Construction will work for Whitlatch & Co. on the rehabilitation and renovation of the commercial properties, including shops, restaurants and offices and studios. The entire project will take three to four years to complete and have a total value between $16,000,000 and $18,000,000.
