In June of 2000, the Commercial Division formed the entity Town Center Construction, LLC and since then has created for itself a strong clientele, gained a talented support staff and opened the door for a long and successful company life.

Estimating: TCC utilizes Timberline Estimating for all estimating functions. Timberline is also one of the top rated programs currently available. TCC is able to provide a broad range of estimate reports from single summary to full detail in a matter of seconds.
Scheduling: TCC utilizes Primavera SureTrak for creating and maintaining accurate and detailed project schedules.
